Software for the people who run community service.
Drylest builds Vault, the administration and finance platform that replaces spreadsheets, chat threads and paper for volunteer-run clubs.

Our product
One place for the work that keeps a club running.
Volunteer clubs lose hours every week to admin. Vault gives every club its own private workspace for members, money and decisions.
Members
A complete directory with dues, RI clearance and lifecycle, visible by role.
Treasury
Income and expenses across accounts, with EXCO approval and audit-ready statements.
Approvals
Proposals, payments and reports flow through one inbox with a permanent audit trail.
Events & attendance
Plan events, check members in digitally and keep records ready for district reporting.
Guided reports
New members can file a correctly formatted project report on day one.
Public club page
Every club gets its own subdomain to showcase projects, without exposing internal data.
Onboarding
A club can apply in about a minute.
We designed joining to be as light as the work it replaces. Three short steps, saved as you type, and a real person reviews every application.
- Works on any phone, no install
- Each club fully isolated at the database layer
- Free for clubs during early access
How we build
Serious software for volunteers.
Clubs trust us with their members and their money. These are the rules we hold ourselves to.
Private by design
Every club is a separate tenant. Security rules at the database layer stop any club from reading another's data.
Built with the people who use it
Our founder is a Rotaractor. Every feature starts from a real problem a secretary or treasurer told us about.
Priced for volunteers
Free during early access. When we charge, it will be a small per-member fee set to cover running costs, so even small clubs can afford it.
A modern, tested stack
Typed code, automated builds and a separate test environment, so every change is checked before it reaches clubs.
Roadmap
Starting local, built to go global.
We started with Rotaract because we know it from the inside. The same problems exist in service clubs everywhere.
Pilot in Sri Lanka
Vault is live in pilot with the Rotaract Club of Matale, District 3220.
Every Rotaract club in Sri Lanka
Open onboarding to the 80+ clubs and roughly 4,900 Rotaractors across the country.
Service clubs worldwide
Local languages, more currencies and support for other community service organisations.
The company
Independent and founder-funded.
Drylest is a private limited company registered in Sri Lanka. We build and run Vault.
Software developer and member of the Rotaract Club of Matale, building the tools he wished his own club had.
